prune plums or figs sliced

balsamic vinegar

olive oil

celery chopped

red onion chopped

roasted or grilled chicken shredded

fresh marjoram or oregano chopped

almonds chopped

greens

Directions

Soak sliced prune plums or figs in balsamic vinegar for a few minutes.

Add olive oil, celery and red onion, chicken, fresh marjoram or oregano and almonds.

Serve on top of or toss with greens.
